Service Description
This is the course you must take to become a real estate agent. This course covers real estate practices and principles, forms of ownership, rights and interests in land, agency. license laws, rules, and regulations, title transfer, leases and contracts, fair housing laws, financing, appraisals, and contract-to-closing procedures. *Class will be 6-10pm M,W,Thurs with 2 Saturdays 9-5: 4/25 & 5/9. **Last class will be 5/20 and final will be 5/23 at 9am FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLANS ARE OFFERED THROUGH KLARNA AND AFTERPAY WHEN YOU REACH THE PAYMENT PAGE
