Our in-person, instructor-led course is ideal if you prefer a classroom environment with face-to-face interactions. You'll receive a textbook and supplemental materials. Our virtual courses are interactive, instructor-led, and follow a set schedule, allowing you to learn from home with a computer or laptop equipped with a webcam. Virtual students get the same materials as in-person students. The online course is self-paced, letting you study as quickly or slowly as you like. It's great for those who can't attend in-person classes or need a flexible schedule. Online students can contact the school with any questions.

For the online course, you'll face 100 multiple-choice questions and have two hours to complete them. For the instructor-led course, there are 152 multiple-choice questions, and you have four hours to finish. You need a score of 72% or higher to pass all final exams.

Upon completion of your course and passing the final exam, your information will be electronically submitted to the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) within seven business days. You will receive an email from PSI with instructions on how to schedule your State Exam.

Students must be on time and remain in class for the duration of each class session to receive credit. GREC requires a total of 75 hours of attendance. Make-up time is at the discretion of the instructor. Students who miss more than eight (8) hours will be dropped from the class. The student is not entitled to a refund.

The instructor-led course fee includes all materials, textbook, instruction, and class exams. CRAM courses are optional and offered for an additional fee.

Refunds are provided only if Atlanta Partners Real Estate School cancels the course or reschedules the start date, and you can't attend due to the change.

If a student wishes to transfer to a different Atlanta Partners Real Estate School Pre-License Course, they must do so before the 2nd class session of the course. The student must notify the school in writing by sending an email to the APRES School Director at info@atlantapartnersrealestateschool.com with the details of the class they would like to transfer to. Students are not entitled to transfer classes after the 2nd class session has occurred. If the book for the new class is different from the one received for the original class, the student will have to pay an additional fee for the new book.

No, the fee for the online course cannot be transferred to an instructor-led course, and vice versa.

You have six (6) months to complete the online course and successfully pass the proctored final exam.

No, refunds are not available for online courses purchased through Atlanta Partners Real Estate School.

Upon completion of any of our Post-License and Continuing Education Classes, your information is submitted electronically to GREC within seven business days from the date it was completed. You can create an online account on the Georgia Real Estate Commission website to view your course completions that have been submitted to the GREC.

No, the total number of hours required is still 36. Half of the hours (18) must be approved for Broker CE. Three (3) hours must be approved for License Law. The remaining fifteen (15) hours may be on any approved CE topic.

Broker CE courses are courses must cover one or more of the following topics: Training Licensees, Supervising Licensees, Reviewing Brokerage Agreements, or Managing a Firm.

Any Approved RE School may offer these courses. Check with the School prior to purchasing the course to confirm that they have had it approved by GREC for Broker CE credit.

If you have already renewed your license to Active status, no additional CE is due at this time. You will need to meet the new requirements for your next renewal (in 4 years).

If your renewal due date is in July, August or September, you may renew early (prior to July 1, 2025) and meet the old requirements. Any renewals submitted on or after July 1, 2025 will need to meet the new requirements.

As a non-resident Broker, you may continue to meet the Georgia CE requirements by submitting proof of licensure in your resident state. Simply submit a copy of your license or pocket-card from your resident state, which shows that you are on Active status and have an expiration date later than your GA expiration date.

No. Any licensee who obtained their license prior to 1980, and has a less-than 6-digit license number is still exempt from continuing education. The new Rule does not change the exemption.

Unfortunately, you cannot receive Broker CE credit for courses that were not approved for Broker CE credit at the time they were taken.
