What is the attendance policy for the instructor-led courses?

Students must be on time and remain in class for the duration of each class session to receive credit. GREC requires a total of 75 hours of attendance. Make-up time is at the discretion of the instructor. Students who miss more than eight (8) hours will be dropped from the class. The student is not entitled to a refund.

What does the fee for the instructor-led course include? Are there any additional fees?

The instructor-led course fee includes all materials, textbook, instruction, and class exams. CRAM courses are optional and offered for an additional fee.

What is the transfer policy for instructor-led courses?

If a student wishes to transfer to a different Atlanta Partners Real Estate School Pre-License Course, they must do so before the 2nd class session of the course. The student must notify the school in writing by sending an email to the APRES School Director at info@atlantapartnersrealestateschool.com with the details of the class they would like to transfer to. Students are not entitled to transfer classes after the 2nd class session has occurred. If the book for the new class is different from the one received for the original class, the student will have to pay an additional fee for the new book.

Can I transfer my online course fee to an instructor-led course if I don't like it?

No, the fee for the online course cannot be transferred to an instructor-led course, and vice versa.

What is the time limit to complete the online course?

You have six (6) months to complete the online course and successfully pass the proctored final exam.

Can I get a refund for the online pre-license course?

Accepted Answer

No, refunds are not available for online courses purchased through Atlanta Partners Real Estate School.

Question 7

How will I be notified when my Post-License and Continuing Education hours have been submitted to the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC)?

Accepted Answer

Upon completion of any of our Post-License and Continuing Education Classes, your information is submitted electronically to GREC within seven business days from the date it was completed.  You can create an online account on the Georgia Real Estate Commission website to view your course completions that have been submitted to the GREC.
