This is the course you must take to become a real estate agent. This course covers real estate practices and principles, forms of ownership, rights and interests in land, agency. license laws, rules and regulations, title transfer, leases and contracts, fair housing laws, financing, appraisals, and contract to closing procedures. *Class will be 6-10pm M,W,and Thurs with 2 Saturdays 9-5: 4/25 & 5/9. **Last class will be 5/20 and final will be 5/23 at 9am YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR TEXTBOOK ON THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLANS ARE OFFERED THROUGH KLARNA AND AFTERPAY WHEN YOU REACH THE PAYMENT PAGE
