This Course is approved by GREC to fulfill the 75 Hour Salesperson Pre-License Requirement to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of GA You will learn: Real estate practices and principles Forms of ownership Rights and interests in land Agency License laws, rules and regulations Title transfer Leases and contracts Fair housing Financing and appraisals Contract to closing procedures Your course fee includes your textbook and supplemental course materials.
