Instructor
With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, I bring a unique blend of hands-on agent expertise and brokerage leadership to my role as a real estate instructor. Having spent nearly a decade teaching, coaching, and consulting agents on best practices across every aspect of the business, I’m passionate about empowering others to excel in this competitive industry.
After spending years as a successful agent representing buyers and sellers through hundreds of transactions, I moved into leadership and coaching roles where I guided other agents through hundreds more. This combination of practical experience and strategic insight allows me to teach from both a technical and real-world perspective. Whether it’s learning the fundamentals to get a real estate license, mastering contracts, sharpening negotiation skills, or understanding market trends, my goal is always to equip agents with the knowledge and confidence they need to thrive.
My teaching style is rooted in clarity, relatability, and a genuine desire to see others succeed. I focus on breaking down complex concepts into simpler, easier to understand components, ensuring my students get the most out of every session. Along with continuing to regularly represent buyers and sellers, I am a frequent student in the classroom as well, making sure that I am always up to date on contract & regulation changes, current market conditions, and best practices.
As for my personal life, I grew up in Snellville and now live in the Lilburn area sharing a life with Susan Oliver. I am the proud dad of two amazing daughters and the proud bonus dad to Susan’s son and daughter. When I am not working, you might find me on the pickleball court or enjoying time away with Susan in a sunny and sandy destination.
