Tammy is a seasoned real estate professional with decades of experience in the
industry. A graduate of Georgia State University with a BBA in Management, she has been licensed by the Georgia Real Estate Commission since 1992, earning her Associate Broker license in 1998 and Instructor’s license in 2012. She holds multiple designations, including GRI (Georgia REALTOR® Institute) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and is an Active Life Member of the Million Dollar Club–Phoenix Award recipient. She is also a member of the Georgia Real Estate Educators' Association. Having worked with thousands of buyers, sellers, and agents, Tammy brings real-world expertise into the classroom. Her background spans new home sales, land sales, foreclosures, HUD properties, and resale homes. Passionate about mentoring and education, she thrives on helping students discover their potential and launch successful real estate careers.
Tammy’s teaching style is engaging, practical, and filled with real-world applications. She breaks down complex concepts using real-life examples, interactive discussions, and visual aids, making learning both fun and effective. Students appreciate the dynamic, hands-on approach that encourages critical thinking and real-world problem-solving. Her goal is to ensure students not only understand the material but also gain the confidence to apply it in the field successfully. A lifelong learner herself, Tammy stays up to date on contract changes, regulations, and market trends to provide the most relevant and insightful instruction. She believes education is the key to a thriving real estate career and takes pride in helping students reach their goals.
