Alison Walker

Alison Walker Grant is an Associate Broker and has a Real Estate Practice for over 18 years. She has had many roles from Sales Agent to Managing and Qualifying Broker as well as Licensed Instructor. She is a member of Georgia Multiple Listing Service, First Multiple Listing Service, Georgia Realtor Association and Metro South Association of Realtors. She has received numerous awards for sales production from the Metro South Association of Realtors and from Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners. Ms Walker-Grant holds an Associate Degree in Accounting from Midlands Technical College in South Carolina, Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Columbia College also in South Carolina, and a MBA from Mercer University in Georgia. She has received training in coaching from Keller Williams Realty and Emory University. She ran a Coaching Program with over 180 agents generating over 42 million dollars in sales each year for her market center. She continues to coach and mentor Real Estate Agents providing training to agents in the areas of Real Estate Contracts, Scripts, and Real Estate Training. She specializes in training and coaching newly licensed real estate agents. Her

personal sales volume often ranks her in the top 20% of her market center. Ms. Walker Grant has one adult daughter and two adorable grandchildren. She enjoys

walking outdoors, hiking, traveling and is an avid reader.
