Service Description
This course provides 60 hours of instruction required of all applicants for a broker’s license in Georgia. The course prepares students for the Georgia broker licensing exam, including practice with both multiple-choice and simulation question types found on the broker licensing exam. Topics include real estate agency, contracts, freehold and leasehold, property management, finance, government regulations and private restrictions, description and measurement of land, valuation, conveyance, calculations, ethical behavior, and Georgia laws and rules. *No Class Jan19th YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR TEXTBOOK ON THE FIRST DAY OF CLASS FLEXIBLE PAYMENT PLANS ARE OFFERED THROUGH KLARNA AND AFTERPAY WHEN YOU REACH THE PAYMENT PAGE
